Dr. Zhang first introduced the key components of CO ? that Sanhua has developed, such as EXV (electronic expansion valve), ACCU+IHX (reservoir+gas separator), and Chiller (vehicle plate heat exchanger). Then, through detailed experimental testing data, he demonstrated the refrigerant "under charge" and "appropriate charge" in the carbon dioxide system under refrigeration and heating conditions, respectively The impact of three scenarios of overcharging and the opening of the expansion valve on system performance. The experimental results show that under different CO ? charging rates, the adjustment of the electronic expansion valve has a significant impact on the system COP, and the presence of gas plays an important role in refrigerant migration and management, which can balance the demand for refrigerant charging under heating and cooling conditions.
