Since the breakout of COVID-19, Yao Zhibin, as one of Sanhua people, leaded his team to assemble and debug the production line to formulate mass production on time. To move one of the production lines to Sanhua’s Mexican factory for the clients who are not located in China, he transported the production line through customs in person. His actions vividly represented Sanhua’s principles, “Serve customers promptly and take-action immediately”. After his arrival in Mexico, he made preparations and productive measures for fighting against COVID-19. Simultaneously, he updated the old production line and designed the new one. He said, “I will never end my fight. I always keep growing like a young man. My tasks are like mountains. Every time I accomplish a truly difficult task, I look back, appreciate my colleague’s work and treat my injuries at the top of the “mountain”, and then I am ready for climbing a higher mountain!”

In April, 2021, Yu Weidong, an employee of Sanhua Residential was awarded the title of “Xinchang Craftsman”. From 2001 till now, he has grown from a mould designer to a director of technics. In his 20-year work in development of maintenance of punching mould, Yu Weidong has devoted himself to the design, debugging and maintenance of single-punch mould. It is his perseverance and excellence that made him one of 20 winners of 1st “Xinchang Craftsmen”. To apply automation technology for production system, he independently invented a solution that can replace the half-automated tapping machine with an automated one to improve production efficiency and realize cost containment.
