On May 11, ISH China & CIHE – China International Trade Fair for Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, Sanitation & Home Comfort System (ISH Beijing Heating Exhibition) was grandly opened at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing. The exhibition welcomes the participation of 1,100 enterprises from home and abroad from 18 ries. The event attracted 1,100 exhibitors from 18 ries and regions. This year, the fair expands on its core product themes of “Energy”, “Water” and “Life”, and explores development trends and opportunities in the future, and adds impetus to the sustainable development of the whole industry chain.

Sanhua booth is located in E3-17B, focusing on “heating” and displaying solutions in an all-round way.

Residential Solutions

Sanhua Residential’s solutions can be divided two parts: the first part is heating, hot water and dryer solutions based on heat pump technology; the second part is wall-hang gas boiler, ovens, and heating stoves. There are also heat pump solutions, including the valve, frequency converter, refrigerant leakage sensor, plate heat exchanger and microchannel evaporator (θ-MCHE has better dust-proof and defrosting drainage performance) which meet the European R290 heat pump standard. In the aspect of valve, there are not only refrigerant side, but also many water side schemes. It also s the popular dual supply scheme in China, and the three-way electric ball valve makes the mode switching simpler and the system more reliable. Rich gas proportional valves and integrated water circuit components are displayed in the gas scheme.

Commercial Solutions

Sanhua highlighted many solutions based on CO2 as refrigerant. With the improvement of global environmental awareness, traditional refrigerants are gradually withdrawing from the historical stage. In this wave of transformation, CO2 has become the most popular refrigerant of the market because of its safety, environmental protection, and easy access. However, the high-pressure acteristics of CO2 also bring new challenges to the design of systems and components. Industrial/High Temperature Heat Pump Solutions

Industrial decarbonization has become a top priority, especially the solution of high temperature steam has attracted much attention from the industry, and Sanhua has demonstrated many targeted high temperature solutions.

1: Applicable to R515B, R425fa or R1233zd (E) as Working Fluid

In response to the market demand, Sanhua has launched a combination of high temperature/evaporative heat pump products suitable for R515B, R425fa and R1233zd (E) refrigerants. The temperature resistance of many products is above 120 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature resistance is 150 degrees Celsius. It helps customers break through the bottleneck and contributes to energy saving, emission reduction and green manufacturing in the industrial field.

2: Applicable to NH3 or CO2 as the Refrigerant

NH3 has excellent performance not only in refrigeration, but also in heating. This time, Sanhua booth brought stop valves, solenoid valves, thermal expansion valves, oil four-way valves and other products, of which GSV stop valve has 65 bar design pressure, and it is also suitable for subcritical CO2 industrial applications.

Standing out from exhibitors, Sanhua’s innovative solutions are closely related to the needs of the audience, attracting many new and old customers to visit and talk about cooperation and the future. Many customers said that it was the first time that they had such a comprehensive understanding of Sanhua’s solution in “heating”, and some customers praised Sanhua’s solution in high temperature heat pump as “timely rain”, and more excited customers said that they had found a “dream” solution.
