With the theme of “Innovation Driven, Green Future”, SANHUA displayed its latest achievements in low-carbon refrigeration and sustainable development in all aspects, focusing on the popular areas of CO? refrigerant technology, energy storage, heat pumps, domestic and commercial air conditioners, and data centers. The booth was divided four major display areas: domestic product area, commercial product area, micro-channel product area and inverter control area, each of which demonstrated Sanhua's outstanding strength in technological innovation and environmental protection concepts.
01 New Products Lead the Industry
Under the global trend of environmental protection and naturalization of refrigerants, CO? has become an important direction for the future refrigeration industry due to its zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) and extremely low GWP (Global Warming Potential) acteristics. Following the trend of the industry, SANHUA provides a series of products suitable for CO? systems, adding to the promotion of the green process.
At the same time, in er to alleviate the problem of the significant rise in investment costs for CO2 systems, especially for applications below 40kW, which is particularly pronounced, SANHUA launched a fully-configured CO2 condensing unit solution, which greatly lowers the barrier to entry for CO2 systems.
In addition to the attention paid to products applicable to CO? systems, other components and solutions were also well received. Heat pump technology is widely used in heating, hot water and industrial heating due to its energy efficient and environmentally friendly acteristics. SANHUA will increase its support for high-temperature heat pumps and multifunctional heat pump systems to meet diversified market demands, while improving the energy efficiency and user experience of heat pump systems through digitalization and intelligent technologies.
With the development of digitalization, the scale of data centers continues to expand, and equipment density and energy consumption continue to increase, the performance of the cooling system directly affects the reliability and operating costs of data centers. The MCHE heat pipe backplate heat exchanger, which is lightweight, has high heat transfer efficiency and low refrigerant ge, is a widely adopted solution today. However, in er to further reduce the PUE value of the data center, the liquid cooling system has gradually become a mainstream solution, and SANHUA plate heat exchanger has made a grand debut, especially in the CDU water-water heat exchange applications, SANHUA's S27 and S200 are popular choices, playing a key role in the liquid cooling system.
