Opening of Sanhua Hangzhou technology building

On October 16, Hangzhou, China, Sanhua celebrated the grand opening of Sanhua Hangzhou technology building with Chairman Zhang Daocai, President Zhang Yabo, staff members, government officials, experts and scholars, industry association representatives and media representatives, in a total of 400 people witnessed this activity.

Andrew Weng, vice president and HRD hosted the opening ceremony. Stone Shi delivered the opening remark, he expressed warm welcome to guests and gratitude to Sanhua staff members and builders for hard work. The new energy automobile industry comes with opportunities and obstacles; Sanhua has seized the opportunity when it came up, and gained some achievements, the best of which is Sanhua Automotive Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV) wining Automotive News PACE Award. Thus, Sanhua has d the rec, as the first China-based global supplier to be a winner. Sanhua Automotive has successfully developed series components, such as solenoid shut-off valve, water valve, electronic oil pump, electronic coolant pump, heat pump HXs and oil cooler etc., to ensure the future sustainable development of the company. In 2019, Sanhua Automotive main business maintain over 15 percent growth in annual sales; and new energy automobile business acs for 49 percent of the total business, the number in 2018 was 22 percent.

Later, Chairman Zhang Daocai gave his speech. He said, Sanhua put forward the strategy that Sanhua transform from cost?advantage to technology advance in 2007. To dedicate to energy-saving, low-carbon and intelligent control technologies and components. Sanhua has built R&D center in Hangzhou. We have won the market share in new energy vehicle thermal management, we have led the industry in microchannel heat exchanger and inverter controller.

“Sanhua Hangzhou industrial park aims to be a global headquarter, incubator, research and development center, as well as new energy vehicle thermal management products manufacturing base.” Zhang said, “Sanhua Hangzhou technology building is an up-front investment result; in the future, more laboratories will be built and more R&D experts and talents will be introduced.”

Sanhua Hangzhou technology building is mainly used for Sanhua Automotive new energy automobile thermal management research and development of products. The products mainly are EXV, Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger and cooling plate.

At the ceremony, a green ship symbolically set sail by Chairman Zhang Daocai and distinguished guests, marking the green, low-carbon and intelligent technology ship of Sanhua.
