Firstly, a standardized definition of digital should be promoted at the group level and start with the deterministic part; secondly, the construction of IT development team and organization should be strengthened; thirdly, GM of each business unit must attach great importance to the project and support, push the project; fourth, all levels should pay attention to data cleaning and listen to opinions of experts and experienced colleagues. Fifth, in the annual performance appraisal of project team members, relevant departments can listen to the opinions and evaluation of the project team.
