Xinchang County Held a Celebration of Teachers' Day, and Sanhua Invested 10 Million Yuan to Establish a Teaching Incentive Fund

On the evening of September 8th, Xinchang County celebrated the 38th Teachers' Day and the inaugural meeting of Sanhua Teaching Incentive Fund at Yin Guifang Grand Theater. Wang Qizhou, secretary of the CPC Xinchang?County Committee and county mayor, Wang Zhonglin, chairman of CPPCC Xinchang County, and other leaders attended the meeting. Zhang Daocai, board chairman of Sanhua Holding Group, as well as Wang Dayong, Chen Yuzhong, Tao Chunxing, Ding Weihong and other company leaders attended the meeting as special guests.

At the meeting, it was announced that Sanhua Teaching Incentive Fund was officially established. From 2022 to 2026, Sanhua will donate 2 million yuan per year for 5 consecutive years to reward outstanding teachers in Xinchang and help the high-quality development of local education.

County mayor, Wang Qizhou delivered a speech on behalf of the CPC Xinchang County Committee and local government. Mayor Wang pointed out that the reason why Xinchang's education has achieved good outcomes was continuous effort of educators and the strong support of local entrepreneurs and county sages who worked in other cities. Chairman Zhang has always been concerned about supporting the education of his hometown while contributing to local economic construction. And the action that he set up Sanhua Teaching Incentive Fund, fully reflects his strong sense of responsibility, and the fact that he had regards for education and was committed to the improvement of society.

In his speech, Chairman Zhang pointed out that kindness as a quality was cultivated in education, and the foundation of education was the teacher. Owing to the hard work of so many teachers, there were brilliant achievements in Xinchang’s education, and outstanding Xinchang students have worked hard in different industries, made successes, and contributed their wisdom and talents to the development of their hometown, motherland and the world. This was also the source of motivation for Sanhua to insist on supporting local education. In the past 40 years of development, Sanhua has valued talents, especially top talents. Sanhua focused on operation of the main business. Through "building a global development platform, a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism, and creating an innovative and inclusive corporate culture", Sanhua has been attracting outstanding talents to join Sanhua, start new business together, while constantly creating value to boost the development of the society.

Chairman Zhang stressed that education was a great cause worth fighting for a thousand years, and we were “in the throes of change” when more and more talented people started to build a career. 48 years ago, he was a teacher in a rural private school and knew that teaching and educating people was not easy! Sanhua donated Teaching Incentive Fund for Xinchang’s education, hoping that teachers could get more respect from all walks of life, and the majority of teachers would?love teaching and educating people more sincerely, and strive to be excellent teachers devoted to cultivating outstanding students. In the future, more people can pay attention to and support Xinchang’s education together, so that development of Xinchang’s education can catch up with that of economy and become high-level!

Chairman Zhang Daocai won the "Special Contribution Award". Young pioneers presented flowers to Chairman Zhang, and county mayor, Wang Qizhou was the presenter. The party also commended the winners with honorary titles including "Famous Teacher", "Famous Head Teacher", "Famous Principal" and "The Most Beautiful Teacher".

While developing its business, Sanhua has never forgotten its social responsibility and mission, and has been caring for and supporting the development of education. Since 1991, Sanhua funded the construction of Xijiao Middle School. Then, Sanhua has donated funds to schools such as Xinchang Middle School, Chengtan Middle School and Dashiju Vocational Middle School.
